Tired
I never thought 1 week could make me so worn out. It's only the first week of school and there are already so many things I have to do! Blah! AND I didn't get to have my weekly date night with my Jweave 😠yes I can already tell this semester is gonna be a booger. I'm superrrrr nervous about beginning my first clinical hospital rotation at SELF regional in Greenwood! I have never worked inside or with a hospital pharmacy so it should be an experience that's for sure. I'm just kinda pumped about my institutional rotation I start in October at the Psychiatric Hospital in Anderson!! Ekkk it's going to be so interesting I feel like!! So send your prayers! Saturday I have my immunization training and certification. Oh boy.... Getting stuck in the arm 50 million times IM and SQ with normal saline (which is gonna super burn) is exactly how I'd like to spend my Saturday. 💉 oh well you got to do what you gotta do!! Other than my busy week which has been a blur I've really gotten to know some girls and they are wonderful, I am so blessed the Lord has brought all of us together and be able to have so much fun and be getting so close. The Lord always has his funny ways of making a bad week and day to wonderful and very sight full. I'm thankful for all the ups and downs and ins and outs. Loosing some of the friendships I had really has taught me a lot and made me realize that some people bring you down and definitely take you granted and with all of the stuff I've had go on the past months mentally, physically, and health wise, life is way too short to try and please people and let them walk over you. It's too short to sit there and put a person down or not even go out your way to give them a simple hello... You never know what they are going through nor that that one smile or hello could make their day. Life is too short to try and make other ppl miserable just bc you had a quarrel with them and it's way too short to hold a grudge for the rest of your life when someone or more than one person has walked over you or treated you unfairly. Just forgive and forget. God has a plan and it's up to us to let him lead us and walk with us towards and through that road he has in store for us.

Farewell summer
My last week of summer.... And it's definitely not "one for the books". I am DREADING this clear liquid diet I have to begin for the next 2 days pretty much. Gastro/stomach procedures are so DAMN complicated!!!! I just hope my new doc can pin point Wth is wrong with my dysfunctional organs blah.
I can't have food and I can't have anything red or purple. Ugh of course my favorite sports drinks and flavored waters would be red and purple. I'm just ready for this paradise of a weekend I'm about to have
To come and be gone with.

So I'm not the bragging type but when my fancy showed up to my house last Friday with a beautifully wrapped box I never expected this bad boy to be in there. I am overwhelmed with a multitude of joy that comes from being with my Justin. He is absolutely perfect. Still to this day I seem to fall more and more in love with this fella. I'm so tremendously blessed to have been given the chance to have such a wonderful friendship and relationship with this one special person :)
Watch out!!! It's about to be a coffee rampage in my household!!!!

Can't contain myself
I know it's only monday night BUT I'm just too pumped and excited for the weekend! Finally it's a weekend myself and the girls and my mom and her sisters and her friends can ALL go out to the vista for dinner and drinks!!! Ekkk!! It's going to be a blast and SO wonderful to see everyone and enjoy eachothers fellowship :)
Getting that time...
It's getting that time again UNFORTUNATELY for this years new semester to begin. Between medical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, genetics, and so on so forth I'm gonna be swamped up to my eyeballs in anxiety and non-existent sleep. But the positive end, it means SHOPPING time :)

New Year, New Goals
Ladies, and Gents, it is that wonderful time of the year.
For those of you who are already super health fanatics this time of year you dread because everyone and their grandma will be attending the gym and parks and all of the wonderful health facilities our country has to offer.
Everyone has their own resolutions during the New Year and yes, sorry people I am one of those "common" people who wished to make one of their resolutions to be to get fit and eat healthier. Not solely because I would die to have a hot bod and trot my stuff in a skimpy bikini like a Victoria's secret model (those gifted bitches) I'm doing it for myself and my health. Being in pharmacy school and learning about all of the wonderful diseases our body and parasites and food has to offer us is down right kinda terrifying and I feel like any time one little thing hurts or I eat one wrong thing I'm thinking to myself oh my, I'm going to get a brain eating amoeba or I'm going to develop pre-stage diabetes. So this is for me, to not fit in a friggen 00 (I would look like a ghost from the Holocaust if I could do that), it's to feel better about myself, and gain a confidence over my body that I have been lacking the past few years due to all of the stresses of a college graduate student. Also, sciences have proven that more exercise decreases stress and Lord knows I need that! Also my fancy (Justin aka boyfriend) and I are going on vacation to Panama then Omaha for the CWS and I be damned if I'm going to look like a beached whale in a bikini of a bag of cottage cheese in shorts. SO I definitely have some motivation.
One other resolution of mine would be to gain more "patience" and have a better "understanding" of my patients that I deal with in the pharmacy (oh and also watch my language). LOL. All pharmacists know when you are working and it is super busy and you have some people come in and ask and say some of the stuff they do you want to scream "YOU DUMB ASS...Did you ever go to school?!?!" oops there I go again. But really people, if only y'all knew. But in all actuality I just need my patience with this because they sure do get me flustered and I just want to cry. But not this year. I'm just going to keep that smile on my face even more and be PATIENT.....hopefully. Ha-Ha
So here is to a new year people. New trends, new habits, new looks. Good luck! Cheers!
PS: Here are some pictures from Justin and my good friends Megan and Kasey's Wedding. :)
